settings of type boolean in manifest?

Postby Mula » Sun Feb 15, 2015 11:06 am

Hi ,

i am writing an extended contact form plugin.

however i wanted to ask if you can add a way of using settings parameter of type boolean in the extension manifest.

e.g. something like
{"name": "captcha", "label": "Use Recaptcha:", "placeholder": "true or false", "value": "true", "type": "bool"},

for now i will need to cast a string into a boolean value.
but i'd prefer a switch like the dev/productive toggler on the settings overlay ;)

thanks

at present no... I was suppose to add that if you did a boolean then it added a switch to the settings view, but I have not had time to get this in, so for now text strings only. I will do this at some point but it is going to have to wait.

sure, no prob.

maybe you can also add a method to get extension settings from db to the ExtensionData class in a future relase. would be great.
